I.T Studio specialises in non-surgical treatments that enhance and rejuvenates the face and body. I.T Studio is also a training academy that offers 1-1 masterclasses to help students refine their skills in dermal fillers and other treatments.

POLICIES

Age Restriction Policy:

At IT STUDIO, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. In accordance with the regulations outlined by the government of England, we have implemented a stringent age restriction policy for our treatments.

As of October 1, 2021, it is a criminal offence to administer botulinum toxin ('Botox') or dermal fillers through injection for cosmetic purposes to individuals under the age of 18 in England, even if they have the permission of a parent or guardian. This legal restriction also extends to making arrangements or booking appointments for such treatments for individuals below the age of 18.

To ensure compliance with these regulations and uphold the highest standards of ethical practice, we kindly request that all clients scheduled for treatments at IT STUDIO be aged 18 years or older.

Photographic ID Requirement:
To meet legal requirements, all clients must present valid photographic identification as proof of age upon arrival at IT STUDIO. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued ID cards, passports, or driving licenses.

 

Illegal Use of Fake ID:
IT STUDIO strictly prohibits the use of fake or someone else's identification for age verification. Clients found using fraudulent identification or attempting to do so will be reported to the police, and legal action will be taken against the individual.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

At IT STUDIO, we appreciate your commitment to our services. To ensure efficient scheduling and provide the best possible experience for all clients, we have established the following deposit and cancellation policy:

 

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit is required upon booking for any treatment at IT STUDIO. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total payment due on the day of your appointment, reflecting your commitment to the scheduled service.

 

Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will require the client to pay 100% of the total treatment cost.

 

Notification of Policies:
These terms and conditions are clearly communicated during the booking process through our designated app. We kindly request all clients to review and acknowledge these terms when securing their appointments.

 

Exceptional Circumstances:
In exceptional circumstances, the decision to refund a deposit is at the discretion of IT STUDIO management. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we are committed to reviewing such cases with empathy and fairness.

No Show Policy:

At IT STUDIO, we highly value our clients' time and commitment to their scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness and uphold the efficiency of our services, we have implemented a No Show Policy:

 

Two Strike Policy:
IT STUDIO operates on a two-strike policy regarding no-shows. If a client fails to attend two scheduled appointments without prior notice or cancellation, they will be prohibited from booking services with us again.

 

Payment Requirement for No Shows:
In the event of a no-show, the client is generally required to make a full payment of the missed appointment before being eligible to schedule future services with IT STUDIO. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. The decision to waive the payment requirement in such cases is at the discretion of IT STUDIO management.

We encourage clients to communicate any changes to their appointments with us as early as possible, and we assure you that we will review cases of no-shows with empathy and fairness. This policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, allowing us to provide reliable and exceptional service to all.
